Visitor Services Representative (Part-Time)

to Visitor Services Manager/Director of Communications
Summary
of
Responsibilities:
Responsible
for greeting Museum visitors and providing them with general information about the exhibits,
operation of the audio guide, directions through the galleries, and Museum programs and services.
The ideal candidate will have a background or demonstrated interest in history, museum environments,
or museum studies along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Other
Duties:
- As assigned, necessary or determined to help the
organization be successful
Qualifications
for Entry:
- High school Diploma/GED
- experience working at a visitor or
cultural attraction or in a customer service environment is preferred
