Original 35mm black and white negative taken by Dallas Times Herald staff photographer William Allen. This image shows witness Larry Florer being taken into custody by Dallas Police officers on November 22, 1963. The negative is on Kodak Tri-X Pan Film. This image is labeled #17 on section 3 of negative strip 28.The old TMS record for the images on this negative strip indicate that the photographer was William Allen. Based on research conducted by collections intern Mark Davies in June and July 2012, curatorial and collections staff concluded that Allen did indeed take these pictures.
