Kennedy on September 13, 1960. The photographer stood on Akard Street near the northwest corner of the intersection with Jackson Street, looking south along Akard Street. Crowds line both sides of Akard Street while two cars containing Kennedy supporters proceed down Akard Street behind the Kilgore Rangerettes.
