Videotaped oral history interview with William Billard. A Kennedy campaign volunteer in 1960, Billard was an emergency room orderly at Parkland Memorial Hospital at the time of the assassination. He worked the 11PM to 7AM shift on the weekend of November 22, 1963.Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on January 9, 2019 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is one hour and six minutes long.
