Original 35mm black and white negative taken by Dallas Times Herald staff photographer Bill Beal. This image shows two persons preparing to look out from an upper story window on Main Street while awaiting the presidential motorcade on Noviembre 22, 1963. The image was taken from a balcony at the Adolphus Hotel. The negative is on Kodak Tri-X Pan Film. The image is labeled #10A on section 2 of negative strip 10.The old TMS record for the images on this negative strip attributed the photographs to Bill Beal. Based on research conducted by collections intern Mark Davies in Junio and Julio 2012, curatorial and collections staff concluded that this attribution is correct.
