Image 15 from Negative Strip 32: Downtown of three men and one woman in downtown Dallas

Original 35mm black and white negative taken by Dallas Times Herald staff photographer William Beal. This image shows a group of unidentified pedestrians outside of a cafeteria in downtown Dallas on the evening of Noviembre 22, 1963. The negative is on Kodak Tri-X Pan Film. This image is labeled #15 on section 2 of negative strip 32.The old TMS record for the images on this negative strip indicate that the photographer was William Beal. Based on research conducted by collections intern Mark Davies in Junio and Julio 2012, curatorial and collections staff concluded that Beal did indeed take these pictures. He was accompanied by journalist Vivien Caslteberry, whose oral history confirms him as the photographer.
