Original 35mm black and white negative taken by Dallas Times Herald staff photographer Bill Beal. This image shows the presidential limousine and the Secret Service vehicle on Main Street on Noviembre 22, 1963. The image was taken from a balcony at the Adolphus Hotel. The negative is on Kodak Tri-X Pan Film. The image is labeled # (L J F) on section 2 of negative strip 11.The old TMS record for the images on this negative strip attributed the photographs to Bill Beal. Based on research conducted by collections intern Mark Davies in Junio and Julio 2012, curatorial and collections staff concluded that this attribution is correct.
