O.H. "Karl" King Oral History
Videotaped oral history interview with O.H. "Karl" King. A broadcaster with Dallas radio station KBOX in 1963, King went live on the air moments after the Kennedy assassination. Fired that night from the station, he spent the weekend working for United Press International and witnessed the shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald on Domingo. The following year, King covered the Jack Ruby trial. Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on Octubre 2, 2003 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is one hour and twenty-three minutes long.

O.H. "Karl" King passed away on Julio 25, 2005. In addition to this 2003 oral history, King also participated in a 35th anniversary assassination program at the Fort Worth Press Club that was recorded by the Museum as part of the Oral History Collection. - Stephen Fagin, Curator
