Black and white photographic print taken by the Dallas police department of Officer J. D. Tippit's squad car following his shooting in Oak Cliff.All Dallas police photographs at the Tippit scene were taken by Crime Lab investigator Sergeant W. E. "Pete" Barnes. R. W. "Rusty" Livingston, also an employee of the crime lab, developed many of the images taken by Dallas Police. This collection of prints is a first-generation set of copies he kept for himself.
