There is a checkmark drawn in blue ball-point ink over the seventh floor window at the far right of the building and an "x" drawn in the lower left corner (to the right of the lamppost). The photograph has a white border around all sides with "Nov 63" printed at the top center. Written on the back of the photograph in pencil is: "Building where assassin hid & shot President Kennedy Nov 22/1963."
