Mark S. Zaid

A prominent Washington, D.C. attorney, Zaid specializes in national security law, freedom of speech claims and government accountability. After developing a research interest in the Kennedy assassination in 1974, he lectured and authored several articles on the case, corresponded with many first-generation researchers and contributed to the work of the JFK Assassination Records Review Board in the 1990s. Over the years, Zaid has represented three Secret Service agents as well as numerous authors, researchers and other key figures in assassination-related litigation. Recorded February 24, 2020.
