Visitation Guidelines

The health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority.

  • It is recommended to purchase tickets in advance. Tickets sold at the Visitors Center will be for the next available entry time.
  • All tickets for the Museum are timed-entry. 
  • The Museum’s hours of operation are Wednesday–Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Last ticket sold at 4:15 p.m. The Museum is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
  • Tickets purchased online are as follows: Adult: $22, Senior: $20, Youth: $18. Online tickets will be charged a $1 per ticket convenience fee. Tickets purchased onsite will be available for: Adult: $25, Senior: $23, Youth: $21. Admission is free for children ages 0-5.
  • Food and drink are not permitted in the Museum galleries.
  • Rolling luggage and items larger than 14x22x9″ must be checked in at the front desk for a fee of $5 per item. Credit cards only. All items must be picked up before leaving the Museum.
  • Guests should not visit the Museum if they are not feeling well.
  • Regular hand washing and the use of hand sanitizer is recommended. Additional hand-sanitizing stations have been installed and are accessible throughout the Museum. 
  • Staff has undergone training regarding safety, public health and operational measures.
  • Service animals as defined by the ADA (Americans with Disability Act) are welcome at the Museum if providing assistance to individuals with disabilities. No other animals are permitted at the Museum.
  • The Museum has KultureCity® sensory bags available to check-out in the Visitors Center for guests.
