Museum Accessibility

All levels of the Museum are accessible to wheelchair users and others with special needs. An accessible ramp is located at the northwest corner of the Museum. Wheelchairs are available for guests in the Visitors Center on a first-come, first-served basis. Handicap parking is available in the Museum lot, directly adjacent to the Museum, for the standard parking fee. All Museum restrooms have fully accessible stalls. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are welcome. The Museum has KultureCity® sensory bags available to check-out in the Visitors Center for guests.

A female guest with blonde hair stands in front of the "A New Generation" panel. She is holding an iPad on which she is watching a video of a sign language interpreter translating the museum's audio guide using American Sign Language.

The Museum is committed to being as accessible as possible to all guests. Please call 214.747.6660 with any additional questions.
