Dr. Louise Young Oral History
Videotaped oral history interview with Dr. Louise Young. A longtime women's rights and LGBTQ rights activist, Young was influenced and inspired by President Kennedy. A Kennedy campaign volunteer during the 1960 election, she was attending high school in Oklahoma at the time of the assassination. Since the 1970s, Young has been an active leader with the Dallas Gay and Lesbian Alliance.Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on September 22, 2006 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is forty-nine minutes long.
