Spend the morning telling only the stories you can tell in this virtual artmaking workshop. Using everyday items including photos, magazines and art materials you have in your home, create artworks that talk. Award-winning educator and fiber artist Dr. Joan M.E. Gaither joins the Museum for a virtual program exploring techniques to document stories of the communities around you. Participants will have the opportunity to work together with Dr. Gaither to create a virtual community artwork sharing their stories and experiences during 2020.
