Greene was the editor of the Dallas Times Herald editorial page in 1963; he wrote a number of editorials about the atmosphere in Dallas following the Kennedy assassination. He was also a prominent columnist, author, and noted Dallas and Texas historian.Interview conducted at Mr. Greene's home on June 18, 1992 by Wes Wise and Bob Porter.
