Virtual Learning

Virtual Learning is a selection of engaging programs that provide interactive opportunities for students to explore the life and legacy of President Kennedy through discussion and activities on U.S. history, world history, the Civil Rights Movement, oral history and the role of the historian.

All distance learning programs are aligned to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills Connections (TEKS) and the National Standards for United States History. Click here for the TEKS program alignment.

The complete list of Education programs offered through distance learning is available in the 2023-2024 Education Programs Guide.

How to Book a Virtual Learning Program

All distance learning programs are designed to be 50 minutes in length. To request a program for your class or campus, complete the Book a School Visit form. Museum staff will respond via email to your request. Please note that submitting a request does not represent a confirmed date and time for your distance learning program.
